TSA Surveying is supporting a major condition survey programme across healthcare and education sites throughout London, and we’re looking to mobilise up to 30 experienced Building Surveyors for this project. This is a short‑term, fast‑paced assignment‑ideal for surveyors who have previously delivered fabric condition surveys and are confident using asset capture software.

• Carry out fabric condition surveys across a range of occupied and operational buildings.
• Record data accurately using digital asset capture tools.
• Identify and document defects, condition ratings, and lifecycle recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a wider team to meet project deadlines.

• Proven experience conducting fabric condition surveys.
• Familiarity with asset capture or CAFM software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.
• Ability to travel between sites across London.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
