Our client is a UK-based construction and civil engineering group that delivers a wide range of specialist services across infrastructure, groundworks, demolition, reinforced concrete structures, remediation, and utilities. The company operates as a group of companies, each focusing on different areas, this allows them to offer an end-to-end solution on complex projects.

They are known for working on high-profile schemes across London and the South East, often subcontracting to major developers, contractors, and local authorities. Their portfolio includes large-scale residential developments, commercial builds, transport infrastructure, and regeneration projects.

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £15m.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor
• Previous background working within RC Frame and Groundworks
• Degree educated within Quantity Surveying

Salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum.
