Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bond Street, London
Role and responsibilities- Deliver Residential and Hotel projects (new build and refurbishments)
- Oversee the whole lifecycle of the project from concept to completion
- Pre-contract duties: cost planning, estimating, feasibility studies, tender documentation and procurement advice
- Post-contract duties: valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts
- Lead high-end Residential projects with support from a partner when needed and mentor an Assistant/Trainee below them
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS
- Experience on High End Residential Projects
- Experience with in a private practice / consultancy
- Strong Pre and post-contract knowledge
- £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
