Project Surveyor (High End Residential) | Permanent | Central London. Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + package.

Location:

London. I have a great opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects within the high end residential sector. The company specialise in the super prime residential sector working on luxury homes and listed buildings in sought after locations across London. They carry out a combination of new build structures, subterranean extensions, extensive alterations and refurbishments, basement works, remodelling and fit-out projects, between £0.5m to £12m in value.

They are looking for a strong Project Surveyor that has experience working in their area; someone that can work autonomously on concurrent projects.

• Track record working for a reputable high end residential main contractor
• Strong refurbishment, structural alteration and basement excavation experience
• Background working on high quality / luxury residential projects
• Strong all round commercial skills and awareness
• Capable of working autonomously on concurrent projects
• Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis

Experience in high end residential projects and the ability to work autonomously on concurrent projects, with willingness to commute daily to Central London.
