Our client is a growing UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £70 million per annum and is continuing to grow. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of civil, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments across London, midlands and the Southeast. Project values vary from £5m - £20m.

We are collaborating with a specialist RC Frame and Groundwork Contractor currently generating £70 million in annual revenue. With over a 5 decades of industry experience, our client is poised for significant growth and is seeking a Senior Estimator to play a key role in this expansion. This position requires a dynamic professional capable of both securing new contracts and accurately pricing projects.

• Proven track record in Estimating and winning new business with an RC Frame and Groundwork Subcontractor
• 5+ years' experience working as a Senior Estimator
• Good knowledge of the RC Frame and Groundwork Industry
• The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying background within RC Frame and Groundworks.

Salary range of £100,000 - £120,000 per annum.
