We have an excellent opportunity with one of our key clients who are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor. If you are a Quantity Surveyor who comes from a Main contractor/Developer background this opportunity may be of interest to you.

The company have a number of upcoming new developments in Greater London & the South-East and they are keen to bring on a Project QS to bring experience to a Mixed-use development consisting of over 80 units with a large community centre. This is a great opportunity to join a large, challenging project and grow alongside it with a company that has a strong reputation within the market.

Procurement experience is essential to this role.

The company are very keen on promoting from within, and are therefore looking to ensure the candidate is supported from day 1 with a great site-team & offered continuous development.

They’re looking to pay in the region of £50-£65k (DOE) + package for this role.

• UK experience in a similar role with either a Main contractor or Developer
• Ability to manage projects throughout the process e.g. experience Tendering, Pricing and Measuring
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent (Preferred)
