Pay: 95 - 105 a day

Long Term Futures are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a vibrant and friendly setting in Croydon
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and is looking for a long-term role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

We are particularly interested in hearing from practitioners who are keen on specialising in specific areas of early development or those with aspirations to progress within a supportive team.
The PositionThis full-time position is central to the daily operations of the early years department. Working hours will be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on a shift rotation basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early education, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children, and creating an environment that fosters curiosity and independence.
YourCore Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework to support children's learning journeys.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported in their individual needs.
- Act as a Key Person
, building strong relationships with children and maintaining detailed observations of their progress. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for pupils.
- Oversee daily care routines
, including snack times, hygiene, and outdoor play, with a focus on promoting independence.
- Must hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator or Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma, NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development).
- A valid Paediatric First Aid qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working in a nursery or school-based early years setting is essential.
- A deep‑seated passion for early childhood education and a commitment to safeguarding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate warmly and clearly with families.
- A flexible and hardworking attitude,
