Our Beckenham nursery is looking for Qualified Nursery Assistants to work as bank staff covering shifts on a zero‑hours contract.

Ideal candidate must have:

• A full & relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery
• An interest in working with young children (from 0‑5 years)
• Team‑player attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use initiative
• A passion for the Early Years

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high‑quality early‑year education and care
• Assist in planning and organising children’s activities
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with children, colleagues and parents
• Support children’s development and well‑being in line with nursery policy
