Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Compensation: £23,790 – £27,040 per year
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, 4 days a week)
Welcome Bonus: £1,000 paid in two instalments (£500 after joining, £500 after successful completion of probation – 6 months)
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to provide high quality early years childcare to children aged 0-5 in our state‑of‑the‑art Catford Nursery. Responsibilities include supporting children’s learning and development, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and working closely with the nursery team.
Qualifications- At least 1 year’s experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent
- Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS & statutory framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Passion for children’s day‑to‑day interaction
