Account Manager – Central London

Our client requires a confident and professional Account Manager with strong print production experience and excellent account handling skills. Exposure to print management is essential, as is a personable manner with clients. You will work closely with warehouses regarding printed stock items, so an understanding of stock management systems and warehouse functions will be an advantage.

• First‑class technical knowledge of print production, including extensive knowledge of materials, their uses and limitations.
• Experience in various production methods (litho, digital, small and large format, web, dye sublimation, UV printing and other bespoke techniques).
• In‑depth knowledge of brand management procedures.
• Knowledge of colour management systems and ISO printing standards; ability to press‑pass work on behalf of clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers on a daily basis.
• Proficient with online web‑to‑print solutions and an understanding of how they operate.
• Excellent multi‑tasking and prioritisation capabilities to meet client requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of the creative process and the ability to develop briefs that fit budgets, time constraints, and clients’ creative vision.
• Hands‑on experience of warehousing processes, including effective stock‑management control and pick‑and‑pack procedures.
