National Knowledge Management Advisor. We are searching for an experienced National Knowledge Management Advisor to help us deliver our national KM strategy; transforming how we capture, share, and leverage knowledge. This is an exciting, newly created, forward facing and hands‑on role to deliver the national KM strategy by shaping and leading KM initiatives within teams across the business. This role is all about helping our professionals work smarter, share more, and deliver exceptional client value through improved access to collective knowledge.
Responsibilities- Shaping and embedding KM plans, solutions and initiatives across RSM teams.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders including client‑facing service line teams and internal function leads.
- Working with practitioners to capture and curate knowledge including expertise, insights, best‑in‑class deliverables, re‑usable collateral, repeatable methods.
- Establishing forums and mechanisms which enable practitioners to network, collaborate and share knowledge effectively across teams.
- Driving knowledge sharing and the adoption of knowledge tools and processes.
- Delivering presentations, training, and guidance to support KM change and adoption.
- Strong background in knowledge management systems and practices.
- Digital fluency across SharePoint, Viva Engage and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in shaping, leading and owning KM solutions and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts.
- Ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
