Job Summary

SUMMARY:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across our client's organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyse data, and elicit requirements. You'll play a crucial role in driving business transformation initiatives and ensuring project success through analysis, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Develop business cases and analyses for proposed solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices
  • Create flow diagrams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • + years of experience in business analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
  • High-level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods
  • Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • CBAP/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred)
