Role Description

The Account Specialist supports the execution of ’s Fin Tech commercial strategy by coordinating project delivery, managing workstream level activities, and ensuring operational readiness across payments related initiatives. Sitting within the Commercial Partnerships team, this role is essential to driving structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and process clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination and Execution:
    Support the planning and delivery of commercial and payments related projects. Own workstream timelines, follow ups, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stakeholder Management and

    Collaboration:

    Coordinate inputs across internal teams (product, legal, finance, operations, etc.) and maintain clear communication to support alignment and unblock issues quickly.
  • Operational and Business Support:
    Contribute to reporting, analysis, and operational processes that enable commercial decision making. Support process improvements and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Get Things Done:
    Take ownership of assigned tasks end-to-end, ensuring execution is timely, accurate, and aligned with project goals.
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, partnerships, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, structured communicator with comfort working with data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred.
