Overview
Role: Sales Enablement and Operations Manager - UK
The Sales Enablement and Operations Manager is responsible for optimising the sales infrastructure that supports revenue growth. This role partners closely with the CGO and the Growth Support team (Business Development, Marketing, Client Experience and Events) to optimise sales effectiveness, data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and scalability.
Responsibilities- Strategy: Work with the CGO and Growth Support team to assist in the execution of the group growth strategy.
- Process Improvement: Monitor existing processes (e.g., sales process and proposal process), and recommend and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- CRM Promoter: Act as a focal point for group-wide CRM usage, assisting technical teams to ensure accurate data entry and robust reporting capabilities.
- CRM Administration: Oversee CRM Freshdesk activity for sales queries.
- Group Sales Dashboard: Assist with training and improved use of dashboards to produce accurate sales outputs. Ensure data accuracy and optimise dashboard updates in collaboration with the CRM team and Power
BI specialists. - Sales Communication: Oversee all internal sales and business development communication (e.g., Shout About It, sales training content).
- Project Management: Manage cross-functional sales or client-related projects, as required, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and reporting of KPIs to track the effectiveness of sales activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work across the Growth Support team and client-facing teams to align business development and sales efforts with the AAB strategic goals.
- Sector Teams: Support sector teams with admin requirements including scheduling meetings, tracking actions, and data requests.
- Line Management: Manage the BD Administrator and BD Analyst within the Sales Operations team, supervising, supporting, and developing team members day-to-day.
