• Seek to lead and expand apprenticeship provision as Head of Business Development (Apprenticeships and Skills).
• Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Drive growth in apprenticeship programmes and maintain compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
• Shape the employer engagement strategy and enhance opportunities for learners.
