• Shape, analyze, and evolve investment propositions from market research through to final review, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Product, and other teams to deliver actionable, client-focused propositions
• Identify market opportunities and design compelling client propositions and journeys
• Lead product development initiatives, ensuring execution and alignment across stakeholders
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to support informed investment and business decisions

• Background as a Proposition Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager within investment platforms, banking, or financial services
• Proven experience in proposition or product initiatives, including design, development, and end-to-end delivery
• Strong strategic and analytical capability, with expertise in proposition design, investment platforms, and data-driven decision making
• Skilled in leading product delivery and evolution, from conceptualization to launch, while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Confident communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations
