The Role

As Business Development Lead, you will take ownership of growing our existing client base, identifying new opportunities within current accounts, and strengthening senior stakeholder relationships. This is a hands‑on, revenue‑driving role suited to someone who understands contract recruitment inside out and thrives in a consultative sales environment. You will work closely with delivery and leadership to ensure clients receive exceptional service while scaling account value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand existing client relationships
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Programme Leads, Procurement)
  • Own account strategy, forecasting, and revenue growth for key clients
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent Trillion Consulting as a strategic partner, not a transactional supplier

  • Proven experience in business development within contract recruitment (agency or consultancy)
  • Strong track record of account expansion and relationship‑led growth
  • Deep understanding of contract recruitment models, margins, and client dynamics
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
  • Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a high‑growth environment
