Management Consultant - Sales

We are seeking a talented individual with strong experience in management consulting. You will play an important role in the development of engagements and delivery of assignments with clients and for that you need to have a strong background in sales and possess strong business, analytical and technical skills, curiosity to generate right questions, experience to provide great fit-for-purpose recommendations to client businesses and strong communication skills to get inspiring and influential messages to a range of audiences from highly technical to C-level professionals.

Qualifications

The right candidate will possess:

• Strong academic background. A Bachelor degree is necessary. A MBA or MSc in a quantitative field is considered a plus
• Experience of at least 10 years within the consulting industry and demonstrable evidence of working with large and complex projects and driving positive outcomes for multiple businesses within at least one industry such as FS, Telco, Retail, Hospitality, Utilities etc.
• Broad knowledge and expertise of a range of management consulting services including some of Strategy, Organisational Design, Business/Process/Digital Transformation, Governance and Change Management and strong ability to translate output to actionable recommendations
• Strong technical skills as well as understanding of role and best practice of different consulting techniques and methodologies
• Experience with reporting and visualisation tools and proficiency with MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
