The Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Product & Delivery team.
As a Senior BA, you'll help some of the UK's largest organisations make evidence‑driven decisions. You'll be a part of a growing team in Manchester and you'll work across a variety of projects in the public and private sector. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs, technology solutions, and users and you'll put data, analysis and evidence at the fore of client decision‑making.
As a senior consultant, you'll recommend and support organisations to deliver better experiences and technical products for their users, stakeholders and customers. We're motivated by solving challenging problems, and you'll be responsible for making an impact for clients.

• You will be responsible for working out how to address challenging problems for clients, using a range of techniques to produce analysis that can give them direction
• You will work with quant and qual research, data and analytics to produce recommendations that lead to great user experiences and technical products
• You will recommend and work to implement improvements to processes by using methodologies like UML, BPMN or Six Sigma
• You will work with product and service owners to prioritise features, develop roadmaps and implementation plans and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle
• You will define and measure the success of products and services
• You will elicit and document both functional and non‑functional requirements, translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• You will be a part of a multi‑disciplinary, agile team, working collaboratively with clients, Transform team members and other suppliers to create impact
• You’ll play a part in our Community of Practice, supporting your peers to develop and learn, and doing so yourself
• You will support with line management of junior team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and helping to nurture their development
