Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
- Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, New View, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
We’re now entering the next chapter for Juniper: building a preventative health ecosystem for women that goes far beyond weight management.
Over the next year, we’ll expand beyond weight management into three powerful new layers of care:
- Diagnostics that bring science and data to the forefront, helping women truly understand what’s happening in their bodies.
- New areas of women’s health like menopause and hair loss
, creating a connected suite of offerings that support her through every stage of life. - Curated commerce

The Lead Product / Growth Marketer will play a central role in bringing this to life, shaping how these layers connect into one seamless experience. About the role (What You’ll Be Doing)We’re looking for a Lead Product / Growth Marketer to help build the next chapter for Juniper, expanding from a single weight management program into a connected ecosystem of products and services.
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and strategy
, shaping how each new offering – from hair and menopause to diagnostics and commerce – comes to life under one coherent Juniper experience. You’ll own the story and proposition that make these new products resonate, and the growth playbook that turns them into scalable businesses.
You’ll partner with product, CRM, and the core growth team to design and test how ecosystem propositions show up across every channel. You’ll also work closely with each business line to sharpen their individual value propositions, build bundles and membership models, and define how they ladder up to Juniper’s broader ecosystem vision.
It’s a rare blend of strategy, creativity, and hands‑on experimentation. You’ll move fast, translate insight into narrative and execution, and work cross‑functionally to bring bold ideas to life – from first positioning to GTM launch and scaling what works.
In this role, you will…
- Define and test the value propositions for new ecosystem products (Shop, Hair, Menopause, Premium Services, Diagnostics)
- Build the unifying Juniper proposition
, connecting products, services, and commerce into one coherent story - Partner with business line leads to design propositions, bundles, and pricing models that drive both adoption and monetisation
- Collaborate with product and CRM teams to embed propositions into patient journeys, turning ideas into in‑product experiences and lifecycle campaigns
