Job Description
Do you have extensive experience group reservations? A successful and well-established tour operator is seeking a Groups Executive to join their friendly and busy team in London. As a Groups Reservations Executive you will be overseeing the operations of the groups and ensure that clients' expectations and requirements are more than met.
Responsibilities- Sales and acquisition of new accounts and ad hoc groups
- Design, quote and operate series and ad hoc groups (flights, hotels, transport, etc.)
- Negotiating and confirming group contracts with international suppliers
- Organise and attend workshops and trade shows
- Accompany the groups (if required)
- A minimum of one year's experience within the travel industry.
- Ability to research events, incentive, conference market
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Proven experience of preparing quotes and operating groups
- The ability to speak a second European language is highly desirable
- A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + bonus
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Hybrid working
