• Own and lead project deliverables for effective research project management.
• Own and build client relationships to generate revenue and drive business growth.
• Independently conduct research activities while building client relationships, helping to lead and coach a team.
• Act as a valued internal resource and role model within Lumanity.

• Own and lead project deliverables to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects, while maintaining and leading client contact.
• Lead development of client presentations and take responsibility for running projects within budget.
• Independently conduct research activities to help drive innovation and improve client satisfaction; lead design, fieldwork, analysis, interpretation and writing of research projects.
• Coach others in the design of research materials and presentations, helping colleagues produce client-ready versions of research materials and presentations.
• Build close client relationships to help generate business and drive growth by identifying opportunities and engaging in business development activities.
• Be key account lead across 3-6 clients and confident putting together RFPs.
• Lead direct reports, ensure effective teamwork and coach colleagues by providing support and development; conduct appraisals, provide feedback and on-the-job coaching to ensure ongoing development.

• Strong Degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification preferable.
• 6-8 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation.
• 5 years’ experience in research-based project support role.
• 2-3 years healthcare sector experience is preferable.
• All-round technical ability and broad knowledge of research methods and approaches.
• Proven results in project management, people management, and coaching skills.
• Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
