OverviewAs the AI Product Manager, you will shape our vision for B2B SaaS products and translate it into high‑impact features for enterprise customers. Your work will directly affect millions of users worldwide.

- Define the why, when, and what of the products we build, leading cross‑functional teams from ideation to launch.
- Communicate business value clearly to the product and engineering teams.
- Own the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market.
- Prioritize product items, generate new ideas, benchmark market needs, and monitor competition.
- Analyze metrics to measure feature performance and customer satisfaction, and recommend improvements.
- Champion a culture of great product delivery with a team of committed, focused, and passionate members.
- Create products that customers love, continuously improving them through data‑driven iterations.
- Experience with Large Language Models – prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning.
- Hands‑on experience building or using LLM‑powered agentic solutions.
- Knowledge of conversational AI quality assurance (nice to have).
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field from a top‑tier university.
- Hands‑on experience in Agile product development.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering on a time‑bounded schedule.
- Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine‑tuning, hallucinations, bias).
- Experience with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
- Experience building customer journeys with low‑code/no‑code tools and automation platforms.
- Strong ability to assimilate customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
