We are keen to appoint a Senior CRM Executive to support the Manager in driving the delivery and development of our customer retention and acquisition activities across all of our brands and markets. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Performance Marketing Professional to take the next step in their career within CRM.
What you'll doDuties and responsibilities as Senior CRM Executive will include:
- Take ownership for the development and management of all omnichannel customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, nurture, win-back, loyalty, etc.)
- Support the CRM Manager in defining and delivering the overall lifecycle strategy and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver the strategy
- Work collaboratively with the Paid Media team to convert new customers into engaged, retained segments and ensure consistent journeys across channels.
- Driving growth by i dentify new opportunities for improving customer KPIs and by working in partnership with the insights team to analyse and understand customer behaviour
- Manage performance reporting for lifecycle and triggered campaigns, using insights to continually improve retention KPIs.
To be successful in the role of Senior CRM Executive you will have the following skills and experience:
- Established CRM specialist with experience managing and optimising CRM campaigns for retail businesses with a global footprint
- Experience working with CDP/ESP/CRM platforms, experience using Bloomreach would be a bonus
- Experience in customer segmentation and audience development, with a solid understanding of test development, measurement, and analysis
- Experience of driving customer retention, £ per buyer and purchase frequency through delivering customer centric programmes
- Hands on experience of analytics packages, preferably Google Analytics
- Customer-focused, commercially driven, and curious — always looking for smarter, more innovative ways to do things.
- Excellent ability to build and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ideally an understanding of HTML/email template editing skills.
