Job Description

We are growing our team and seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join us.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Deeply understand client challenges and pain points through insightful questioning and active listening.
  • Analyse client needs and map them to our product/service offerings, crafting tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Develop compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet client requirements.
  • Assist with the sales cycle by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure we provide best-in-class solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proven track record in Sales and/or marketing
  • Experienced in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying client needs and presenting effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the IT Industry and the challenges faced by businesses in this space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
