Job DescriptionAs Senior Category Manager – Beverages, you will lead the strategic development and execution of our beverage procurement offering within Accor’s global ecosystem. You will shape supplier strategies, build a sustainable and innovative product offering, and manage relationships across hotels and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Set up strategies for beverage categories in the region, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, deploy solutions, and manage supplier relationships.
- Define and execute category strategies based on business needs and market intelligence.
- Translate market insights and customer trends into clear offering strategies by category.
- Define the right product/service ranges to match identified needs and business priorities.
- Drive category budget management and align sourcing strategy with global objectives.
- Manage sourcing processes including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contracting.
- Lead and collaborate on tenders and bidding processes with other category teams, supporting local best practices.
- Lead supplier selection processes, including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, negotiation, and contractualisation.
- Manage supplier performance and compliance with CSR goals, including decarbonisation efforts.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with a focus on beverages and distribution.
- Expertise in purchasing processes and category management.
- Knowledge of beverage distribution and image contracts highly valued.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in multicultural, cross‑functional, customer‑centric teams.
- Proven experience managing complex sourcing projects and supplier relationships.
- Learning mindset, high autonomy, and drive.
- Fluency in English required;
German or French is a plus.
