Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account / Relationship Manager – Sales to manage and grow our existing portfolio of partners and clients across the UK & Europe. This role is pivotal in deepening strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success across Terra Pay’s suite of payment solutions.

How You Will Create Impact

The Relationship Manager will significantly impact Terra Pay's growth and presence across the UK/Europe market through the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management:
    Manage a portfolio of clients with overall accountability for end‑to‑end lifecycle.
  • Revenue Generation & Growth:
    Identify growth opportunities within accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Account Planning:
    Develop account plans to drive upsell, cross‑sell, renewal strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
    Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders up to C‑Suite, act as primary point of contact for escalations, feedback, strategic discussions.
  • Feedback & Strategy Adjustment:
    Provide actionable insights and feedback to the business about pipeline status, performance metrics, strategic adjustments.
  • Communication Facilitation:
    Strengthen connection between customers and back‑office services to streamline communication and resolve issues effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track account performance metrics (volumes, revenue, margins) and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes and provide feedback to influence product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer ops to align strategies, drive innovation, deliver solutions; streamline workflows and ensure successful execution of new customer go‑lives or upsell opportunities.
  • CRM Utilisation:
    Maintain accurate reporting using CRM tools to track performance, pipeline, and sales activities.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years experience in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services industry, with hands‑on B2B enterprise sales.
  • Preferred direct experience selling to Enterprise‑grade clients such as major Money Remittance Operators, PSPs, Fintechs, traditional or challenger banks.
  • University degree.
  • CRM Savvy: CRM whiz.
  • Flexibility & Ownership:
    Adaptable, self‑motivated, take full ownership.
  • Team Spirit:
    Thrive in team environment, open to change, work independently.
  • Customer & Market Centric:
    Strong grasp of customer needs, market dynamics, industry requirements.
  • Relationship Builder:
    Create and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, third parties, and colleagues.

    Impeccable attention to detail.
