, we’re expanding our UK presence — and looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to help our customers thrive.
As part of our London‑based team, you’ll be the face of Ringover for our UK customers. Your mission:
drive adoption, retention, and growth by ensuring every customer extracts maximum value from our platform.
You’ll work closely with our CSM team, UK Head of Sales, Account Executives, and Product team to create a seamless experience — from onboarding to renewal — while spotting opportunities to expand usage and deepen relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK customers.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and initial setup.
- Proactively monitor account health and ensure renewal and retention targets are met.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
- Conduct regular business reviews to measure value and ROI.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities and health in Salesforce.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or post‑sales SaaS role, ideally in the ATS, HR tech, or recruitment tech space.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills – comfortable engaging C‑level stakeholders.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate customer usage data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Native in English;
