Role responsibilities- Support the delivery of international B2B conferences throughout the event lifecycle.
- Assist with stakeholder communication including speakers, sponsors, and delegates.
- Manage attendee registrations and support pre‑event communication processes.
- Coordinate event branding, signage, and logistical materials.
- Liaise with venues and hotels to support accommodation and event planning requirements.
- Assist with timeline management to ensure event milestones are delivered on schedule.
- Provide on‑site support including registration management and attendee coordination.
- Support sponsorship activation and stakeholder engagement during events.
- Assist with website updates and event information management.
- Contribute to post‑event administration and reporting activities.
- Interest in events, conferences, or project coordination roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment supporting multiple events simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
