Role responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of international B2B conferences throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Assist with stakeholder communication including speakers, sponsors, and delegates.
  • Manage attendee registrations and support pre‑event communication processes.
  • Coordinate event branding, signage, and logistical materials.
  • Liaise with venues and hotels to support accommodation and event planning requirements.
  • Assist with timeline management to ensure event milestones are delivered on schedule.
  • Provide on‑site support including registration management and attendee coordination.
  • Support sponsorship activation and stakeholder engagement during events.
  • Assist with website updates and event information management.
  • Contribute to post‑event administration and reporting activities.
Candidate background
  • Interest in events, conferences, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment supporting multiple events simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
