Are you a highly organised and proactive PA ready for your next step supporting senior leadership in a top‑tier international firm? This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious practice known for its collaborative culture and high standards.
We're partnering with a leading international law firm seeking a polished, tech‑savvy Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to a senior member of the Leadership team in the London office, as well as a wider group of fee earners. Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 from home

Up to £60,000
In this role, you'll act as the right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring their day‑to‑day operations are seamlessly managed. You'll handle demanding diaries, coordinate detailed international travel, manage documents and files, and keep communication flowing smoothly across the team. Your ability to stay organised, anticipate needs and multitask effectively will be crucial to the success of the team.
Key responsibilities- Managing complex and ever‑changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating detailed global travel arrangements, including visas and embassies
- Preparing, reviewing and editing documents, reports and correspondence
- Organising meetings, calls and events
- Monitoring inboxes and assisting with workflow, ensuring priorities are addressed promptly
- Supporting team projects, initiatives and general administrative duties
- Strong career continuity in a Legal PA position with a City/US law firm
- Proven experience handling complex travel arrangements, including visas and embassies
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
- Solid diary management experience within a fast‑paced environment
- Confident with IT systems and modern technology, including AI tools
- Quick learner with a proactive, "can-do" approach
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
