Team Administrator - hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team administrator to join a respected, professional organisation at their office in central London.

This role will suit an experienced office administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have substantial experience working in a small, professional environment, either in a SME organisation or a small department within a larger business.

The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as you will be responsible for supporting a small team of senior staff.

Responsibilities
  • supporting committee meetings
  • taking notes and minutes
  • creating weekly reports
  • producing and archiving technical documents
  • coordinate activities for committees, sub-committees, forums and working groups
  • assisting staff in the preparation of corporate presentations
  • supporting across general office admin support
  • monitoring and responding to all incoming correspondence
  • managing conference facilities, including organising catering, arranging teas and coffees etc.
  • experience maintaining client databases and being comfortable adapting to new databases
  • knowledge of SharePoint (advantageous)
  • liaising with international staff (desirable)
Qualifications
  • Strong team player with ability to multi‑task and work well under time deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Experience maintaining client databases and adapting to new databases
  • Knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous
  • Experience liaising with international staff would be desirable

The position is based from their Central London offices with a hybrid working pattern.

The salary on offer is between £30,000 - 34,000 and benefits.
