We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client, a leading global management consultancy, to recruit an experienced and highly professional Temporary Personal Assistant for a 6-month interim assignment. This role requires a proactive, organised, and commercially aware PA who can deliver exceptional administrative and secretarial support to members of the Leadership Team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and client delivery.

- Leadership & Client Support:
Partner with Leadership to understand client objectives and identify how PA support can contribute to successful outcomes. Attend internal meetings and client presentations as required to build relationships and support client-facing activities. Manage and monitor delegated client-related actions and activities. - Operational & Administrative Support:
Manage complex and frequently changing diaries across multiple time zones. Oversee inbox management, including triaging emails, drafting responses, and ensuring Leaders' attention is directed to priority communications. Handle call management and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare, update, and maintain documents, presentations, and databases. Undertake delegated tasks and actions on behalf of executives with accuracy and discretion. - Financial & Resource Management:
Track and monitor budgets, expenses, and client-related financial activities. Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, events, and entertainment in line with company policy and preferred suppliers. Process time and expense reporting for Leadership Team members.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, professional services, or consultancy environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple diaries and priorities with confidence and calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- High levels of resilience, adaptability, and discretion.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external service.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week required in the office and the remainder worked remotely.
