Band 3 Imaging Scheduler

Due to ongoing expansion of our imaging service we now operate over 7 days between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00 daily. The Band 3 Imaging Scheduler will join the Administration team within the General Imaging department at St Bartholomew's Hospital. You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and provide daily patient contact in writing, over the phone, and face‑to‑face at the reception area.

• Input patient information, process referrals and booking appointments using CRS and RISe systems.
• Provide excellent communication with patients, manage enquiries and ensure information governance compliance.
• Manage the reception desk, including filing and scanning documents.
• Develop and maintain efficient systems of work to meet targets and changing deadlines.
• Collaborate with scheduling and imaging modalities, including potential cross‑site cover and cross‑modality training.

• Proactive, flexible, reliable team player with strong organisational skills.
• Computer literacy – able to input and extract information from booking and patient‑tracking systems.
• Experience in a multi‑disciplinary, confidential environment and adherence to information governance procedures.
