VINCI Facilities are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial team with project works, including lifecycle and variations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Construction Managers on a high-profile project.

• Timely and accurate cost estimate submissions
• Preparation of documents for Monthly Sign-off Meetings with the client
• Subcontractor invoice approval process
• Maintaining accurate commercial records

• 1-2 years' experience in office and/or site work
• Experience working with numbers and strong numeracy skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general IT applications
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
• Ability to Spring open office environment and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
