Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you a sharp, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being the backbone of a successful business?

We’re working with a boutique land and property investment advisory business in Fitzrovia. This is a founder-led business with a stellar reputation and a small, collaborative team. The Managing Director — a passionate, driven and loyal leader — is looking for a right-hand person to bring structure, pace and calm to her world.

This isn’t your standard EA role – you’ll be a trusted partner who can create order, manage up effectively, and help the MD focus on what matters most.

What you’ll be doing in the Executive Assistant role:

  • Managing a high-volume inbox and busy diary – shielding time and setting priorities
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and sounding board for the MD
  • Following up on key actions and communications – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks including invoices, payroll checks and expenses
  • Supporting with personal admin and tasks relating to the MD’s wider business interests
  • Keeping internal systems, files and CRM tidy and up to date
  • Occasionally pitching in with broader office operations – it’s a team effort!

Who would suit this Executive Assistant role:

  • A seasoned EA with 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in property, finance or founder-led SMEs
  • Commercially aware, highly organised and proactive – you get things done before being asked
  • Calm, emotionally intelligent and discreet – the person people trust with sensitive matters
  • Experienced in managing complex inboxes and fast-moving diaries
  • Resilient, practical and adaptable – you’ll fit into the MD work flow and create improvements
  • Tech-savvy with excellent MS Office and CRM/database skills
  • Not afraid to push back when needed – you manage up effectively and diplomatically
