An international religious society is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Provincial in Hammersmith. This 24-month contract role is office-based initially, transitioning to hybrid work after six months. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a good level of German. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the Provincial's diary, preparing documents, and liaising with internal and external parties.
