• Overseeing an international property portfolio
• Scheduling appointments and meetings

• Managing gifts and family and social occasion lists
• Liaising with household staff
• Assisting the family with a wide range of personal matters

• No degree required, but must be intelligent, capable, and proactive
• Strong drive and work ethic

• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to travel overseas when required
