Our client requires the assistance of a clerk / administrator to provide a mixture of administration and facilities duties. It is imperative that you have previous experience working in a law firm and have strong IT skills to be able perform the role. Expected duties include sorting post, preparing court bundles, scanning and archiving documents, updating databases, moving equipment, liaising with suppliers, changing light bulbs etc.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. The firm is highly regarded and it would be an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to settle into a vital support role for the long-term.
