The RoleAs Front of House Receptionist, you ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and staff. You ll manage the reception area, support day-to-day operations, and assist the wider admin team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome & Client Care:
Greet all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm, professional experience. - Reception Management:
Handle calls, emails, post, and deliveries with accuracy and care. - Meetings & Events:
Coordinate room bookings, set up meeting spaces, and serve refreshments. - Administration:
Provide general office support including document control and supplies management. - Travel & Logistics:
Arrange couriers, travel, and accommodation as needed. - Team Support:
Collaborate with admin colleagues to keep the studio running smoothly.
We re looking for a Front of House Receptionist who is:
- Friendly, professional, and confident engaging with people at all levels.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Calm and proactive, able to adapt in a busy environment.
- A strong communicator with great attention to detail.
- Experienced in reception or admin roles (creative sector experience a plus).
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 (DOE).
