Overview
Hire Intelligence is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in managing the company's finances and ensuring timely collections of outstanding payments.
Responsibilities- Process incoming payments using various accounting software
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes
- Communicate with customers to collect overdue payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Proven experience as an accounts receivable specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with Quick Books and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
