We are seeking a motivated Audit Semi‑Senior to join our growing team in Croydon. This role offers the chance to build your audit experience, work with a diverse client base, and progress your career while earning £33,000 to £40,000.

You will work on a range of audit engagements from start‑ups to established businesses. The position offers clear progression, technical development, and exposure to advisory work alongside core audits.

• Support audit assignments from planning to completion
• Perform testing and analytical reviews of financial statements
• Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper documentation
• Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries
• Assist in preparing statutory accounts
• Work on client sites, building strong working relationships
• Contribute to audit findings and identify improvement areas
• Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines

You are a part‑qualified audit professional with strong technical and analytical skills. You are proactive, dependable, and committed to providing excellent client service. You work well in a team environment and are focused on developing your professional career.

• Part‑qualified ACA, ACCA or CA (or qualified by experience)
• 2–3 years of audit and accounting experience, ideally under UK GAAP
• Background in accountancy practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
