- Act as the technical solution owner for budgetary, competitive, and sole source proposal responses
- Provide detailed technical responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
- Conduct customer-facing technical requirements discovery sessions for estimation and configuration
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to deploy product evaluations and provide customer training
- Develop system configuration diagrams and bill of materials for software and hardware requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of Engineering, Sales, Public Safety, and/or Military experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of Public Safety software application system implementation experience
- Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Experience with TCP/IP computer networking and design
- Background in Wireless Networking (WLAN)
- Familiarity with LTE Network Modem/Router products
- Basic knowledge of License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems
- Technical writing experience with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Public Safety operations and Motorola Solutions applications
