The Wilner Group has partnered with a multinational organization that serves every continent. They design and manufacture unique, critical-to-function components and subassemblies that enable their customers’ larger systems in noble industries. Together we are searching for a Human Resources Business Manager to join their team at their Lincoln, RI location.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR Manager for the Lincoln office, supporting leaders and employees across all HR matters.
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Lead and manage benefits administration for U.S. employees.
- Oversee HR processes including onboarding, HR data management, reporting, and compliance.
- Partner with HR peers across Mexico, India, China, and Romania to align and strengthen HR practices globally.
- Serve as a role model, mentor, and trainer to build capability across the HR team.
- Support company‑wide HR initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and HRIS enhancements.
- Drive local engagement initiatives and recognition programs within the Lincoln office.
- Champion the company’s core values, embedding them into the culture and daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in HR operations, benefits, and compensation.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing HR programs and initiatives.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor at all organizational levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technology systems.
$120k - $135k based on experience.
