An established real estate development and construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the delivery of high-quality commercial and residential projects. This is a key site leadership role, responsible for driving program, quality, and safety across multiple phases of construction within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality
- Enforce health & safety standards and site compliance
- Monitor program, resolve issues proactively, and report progress to senior management
- Ensure works are completed to the highest standards and client expectations
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent / Site Manager on commercial or residential projects
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and health & safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple trades and work to demanding schedules
