This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Clinical Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, or Youth Justice professionals who want to gain hands‑on experience supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD in a structured school environment.
As a School Support Worker, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and in‑class support to students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
- Assist in implementing personalised learning and behaviour support plans
- Support students with emotional regulation and social development
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
