Licensed Barber

We’re currently hiring a licensed Barber to join our dynamic, team-oriented barbershop in Centerville City Utah. Our shop thrives on collaboration — we function more like a supportive crew than a group of solo artists. We back each other up, share walk-ins when needed, keep the vibe positive, and take pride in delivering top-notch cuts and grooming experiences together.

• Booth rent available for independent operators
• Commission-based to start (great for building your book with shop support and walk-in traffic)
• We prefer someone looking for full-time commitment (consistent presence to build clientele and contribute to the team), but we offer schedule flexibility to support work-life balance (including some weekend availability).

• Must hold a current, valid barber license in Utah.
• Proven strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently
• Great personality — outgoing, friendly, positive, and excellent at building rapport with clients
• Comfortable with self-employment responsibilities (managing your own bookings, clientele building, etc.) while also thriving in a team environment (helping colleagues, contributing to shop cleanliness, and supporting overall success)
• Passion for classic and modern barbering (fades, tapers, beard trims, hot shaves, etc)
