Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Dayton Apartment District - Dayton, OH
Scheduled
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation (every 3 weeks)
Pay Rate: $25 - $32/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonuses

- 1+ year of experience in multi‑family residential maintenance
- Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
- HVAC experience (certification preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
- Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto‑insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

- Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
- Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
- Complete work orders quickly and with high‑quality results
- Address emergencies as situations arise or while on‑call
