Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Evaluates and appraises used firearms exhibiting knowledge of fair market values, professional negotiation skills, research, and a high degree of firearms identification knowledge;
Initiates all 4473 forms with customers and is responsible for conducting the final check of applicable company, state, and federal forms prior to a firearm being transferred to the customer;
Maintains inventory through daily buying and cultivating leads for potential buying of gun collections outside of the store, along with awareness of local auctions, estate sales, and any other avenue of supply;
Complies with all Local, State, and Federal firearms regulations as an employee of an ATF FFL licensed dealer;
Conducts monthly ATF compliance audits and company required audits
