- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
- Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close
- Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
- Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
- Build High-Value Referral Relationships
- Educate and convert leads through Downsize Allies' exclusive programs
- Guide clients and their families through the sale of their home to receive top value with minimal stress
- Create customized downsizing solutions through our financing services, contracting services, and moving coordination
- Convert leads into real estate transactions
- Conduct consultations, home evaluations, and replacement home options to best serve clients
- Hit realistic but aggressive revenue and transaction goals
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience is highly desired
- You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred
- Previous sales experience with a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $35,360 - $49,920 base plus bonus
