You will oversee clinical operations during your shift, ensure quality care delivery, and provide leadership to our nursing support staff.###

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor residents’ conditions and respond appropriately to changes
* Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs/LPNs on shift
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards### Qualifications
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care### Schedule
* Full-Time
* 12-hour shifts
